We believe the best way to grow is through the community we’ve built. That’s why we reward our partners and clients for introducing us to others looking for support with starting or producing a podcast. Our referral scheme is simple: You get paid when they launch, and you get paid when they stay.
How It Works
When you refer a new client to Claricast, your reward is split into two parts:

The Launch Reward: Paid once we (Claricast) have launched the client’s podcast.

The Retention Reward: Paid once the referred client has completed three months of their subscription.

*If the client already has a podcast and opts for our “Relaunch” package, a Launch Reward is still paid out, but reduced by 50%.
**If the client opts for a bi-weekly subscription (one podcast episode every two weeks), the Retention Reward is reduced by 50%.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility for Payout

Launch Reward: This is eligible for payout once we have launched the referred client’s podcast, and they have paid the full launch fee.

Retention Reward: This is eligible for payout only after the referred client has paid for three months of their monthly production subscription, post-launch.
2. Reward Adjustments
The Launch Reward listed in the table above is based on a full launch. If the referred client already has a podcast and completes one of our “Relaunch” packages, the Launch Reward will be exactly 50% of the standard tier rate.
The Retention Reward listed in the table above is based on a standard weekly subscription. If the referred client signs up for a bi-weekly (one podcast episode every two weeks) subscription package, the Retention Reward will be exactly 50% of the standard tier rate.
3. Reward Format
- Rewards will be paid via bank transfer or PayPal.
- We will notify you of the reward due once you’re eligible. We will require an invoice with the correct reward amount sent to us at accounts@claricast.com before we can pay out the reward.
4. Minimum Commitment
If the referred client cancels their subscription before the completion of the third month, the Retention Reward is void.
5. Non-Transferability
Referral rewards are non-transferable. In the event that a referrer is no longer in contact with Claricast or has breached their own service agreement at the time a bonus is due, Claricast reserves the right to void the reward.
6. Changes to the Scheme
Claricast reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral scheme at any time. Any referrals made prior to a change in terms will be honoured under the terms active at the time of the referral’s sign-up.
7. How to Claim
To ensure your referral is tracked, please introduce your referral via email to hello@claricast.com or ensure they mention your name during their initial clarity call or email.
